By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability. Any delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Eligibility

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Runaway Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Our Contract

After placing an order you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Runaway Club will only be formed once your order has been dispatched and you receive confirmation of shipment.

Only the products listed in the dispatch confirmation email will form part of the contract.

Pricing and Availability

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If an error in pricing is identified after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled and any payment made will be refunded in full.

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout where relevant.

Customs Charges

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

For orders delivered outside the UK, including those shipped to the EU, customs duties, import taxes or local VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applied by their local customs authority.

Failure to pay any applicable customs charges may result in delays, returned shipments or non- delivery of your order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any import charges that may be applied by your local customs authority.

Payment

When placing an order, a pre-authorisation check may be carried out on your payment method to ensure sufficient funds are available.

Payment will be taken once your order has been accepted and prepared for dispatch.

Discount Codes

From time to time promotional or account-based discount codes may be issued.

Discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, including expiry dates or restrictions on product categories.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.

Runaway Club reserves the right to withdraw or amend discount codes at any time.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 28 days of purchase for a

refund of the product value.
Items must be returned in an unworn, unused condition and in their original packaging.

If more than 28 days have passed, exchanges may be offered at our discretion provided the item remains in suitable condition.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Disclaimer of Liability

The materials displayed on this website are provided without guarantees or warranties as to their accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runaway Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Variation

Runaway Club reserves the right to amend, remove or update any part of the website or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Waiver

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising

in relation to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
